All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent to us via email at info@zestawayholidays.com. The request will be considered valid only after receiving an acknowledgement from our team.
In the rare event that we have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount or offer an alternative package of similar value, based on customer preference.
No refunds will be provided in case of a “no-show” or if the customer chooses to cut short the trip and leave before the scheduled end of services.
Zestaway Holidays shall not be responsible for cancellations or refunds arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
